Terms of Service

1. About us

Laruus ("Laruus", "we", "us", "our") is a digital marketplace for 3D assets (models, scenes and textures) operated by İlmiora Yazılım İnşaat Ltd. Şti., a company registered in the Republic of Türkiye. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at laruus.com and all related services (the "Service").

By creating an account, purchasing credits, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase credits or products.

3. Credits

Credits are a prepaid balance used to download paid products on the Service. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money except as expressly set out in our Refund Policy.

Purchased credits do not expire. Certain products may also be available through a daily free allowance, which resets each day and is separate from purchased credits.

4. Products and license

When you download a product using credits, we grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use that asset in your personal and commercial projects (for example renders, visualizations and games).

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or make available the original asset files (or a substantially similar derivative intended to substitute the original) as a stand-alone file, whether for free or for a fee. Ownership of and intellectual property in the assets remain with Laruus and/or the respective creators.

5. Payments and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes (such as VAT/sales tax) are calculated and collected by Paddle based on your location and shown at checkout. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms and privacy policy.

6. Refunds

Because credits and downloads are digital goods delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been used. Eligible refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and processed by Paddle.

7. User-generated content

The Service may allow you to upload content such as portfolio works and blog posts. You retain ownership of your content, but grant Laruus a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and distribute it on the Service for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and represent that you have the necessary rights to it and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any law.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, scraping or bulk-downloading content, interfering with the Service's operation, reverse engineering, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Laruus and İlmiora Yazılım İnşaat Ltd. Şti. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
